Care of your jewelry

Daily wear of your pendant and chain will help keep it looking bright and fresh for longer! Many times, washing it with soap and water will also help it keep looking bright!

 All silver will tarnish at some point, and when it does I simply dip it for 3 seconds into Tarnex that I purchase off of amazon. This will make it look as new as the day you bought it! Why does some silver turn black when you wear it? It really comes down to the chemistry of your skin! Occasionally I will come across someone that has one of my necklaces and it has turned completely black. The best option in cases like this is use Tarnx on a regular basis. 

Scratches will happen and should be look upon as a breaking in of your pendant and the addition of character. However they can also be removed with a good buffing cloth that I can provide! 

Sizing details

All of our dog breed pieces are approximately 5/8" or 1.6cm at the widest points. Some pieces may be 6/8". For more specific detail, please check the listing!

Custom Orders

Want a larger size? I do sell a 1" piece (size of a quarter) for $70. A chain and free shipping are included.

Want it without/with the heart? Just leave a note when checking out saying you would like it without the heart and I can make it for you. (Please allow an extra 3 days in the production time)

Want just the pendant without the chain? I do sell just the pendant for $35. Message me and I’ll create a special listing for your purpose!

All custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged and shipped in a bubble wrap envelope or appropriate shipping packaging. Every piece comes packaged in a gift box. If you are purchasing this item as a gift and would like a short note included, please add your text in the "order details" section at checkout.

Domestic Shipping and Lost Packages

I provide free USPS first class shipping! If you prefer an upgrade in speed, just purchase it during the checkout process. 

Domestic packages will not be considered "lost in the mail" until two weeks have past from the time your tracking number was last registered.

If you so desire, you may request a replacement one week after your tracking number was last registered. A replacement will be shipped via USPS ground, on the condition that if the original package ever arrives it will be returned, simply by writing “return to sender” on it and placing it in your mailbox.

Order Cancellations

If you purchase a stock piece and want to cancel the order, please contact me. The cancellation must be made before the order has shipped and once marked shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.

If you receive your piece and it is not what you expected, please email us. Any reasonable request, per our judgment, will be considered.

Custom orders are not returnable.

Broken Chain Policy

Because these chains can be delicate, we offer a 90 day replacement policy. If your chain breaks within 90 days of your purchase, send me a convo and I will send you one replacement at no charge! I do ask that you send your broken chain back to Run River Deep. I will direct you where to send it when you message me.

International shipping (We hope to be adding this in the future!)

Once your order has left my hands, it is no longer in my control. Orders generally take about 2 weeks to arrive and will not be considered lost until 6 weeks have passed. Once the 6 weeks have passed, we will consider sending out a replacement.
